About This Year's Annual Fundraising Gala

For decades, the Susquehanna Conference Camp & Retreat Ministry has offered sacred outdoor spaces for rest, renewal, and life-changing experiences. In these inspiring, outdoor settings, young people encounter God deeply, forge lifelong friendships, and discover their true identity and belonging. For many of today's church leaders, camp was the pivotal place where their faith became real.

We're thrilled to continue this legacy of impact at our Annual Camp and Retreat Ministries Fundraising Gala. This event will celebrate the stories, relationships, and transformations that happen through camp, while also looking ahead to how we can strengthen and expand this ministry for the next generation.

We would love for you to join us for this evening as we welcome Jody Oats of Kaleidoscope who will share exciting plans and news regarding our Expansion Project. We will also honor beloved volunteers with our Campfire Awards from Wesley Forest and Camp Penn. Our meal will be catered by friend of camping, Strock Enterprises Inc.
